An Informed Longevity Retreat in Phuket

Sustainable Path to Happiness

At AYURAH wellness retreats, longevity is not pursued through extremes. It emerges naturally when life is lived in balance — supporting healthspan, clarity, and quality longevity.

THE SCIENCE

The Science Behind AYURAH

Longevity is not determined by genetics alone. Modern science shows that how we rest, move, eat, and recover shapes how our genes are expressed over time. Grounded in epigenetic science, AYURAH creates the conditions that support healthspan — the quality of life lived with vitality, clarity, and resilience — allowing longevity to emerge naturally.

From Daily Signals to Lasting Balance

Many drivers of biological ageing are influenced by lifestyle patterns rather than genetics. Chronic stress, poor sleep, overload, and lack of recovery can accelerate ageing, while rest, gentle movement, and rhythm support cellular repair and resilience.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Health Arises from Balance and Empowerment

Modern longevity science increasingly confirms what ancient wisdom has long understood: a long life without vitality, emotional stability, and mental clarity is not a gift — it is a burden. At AYURAH, longevity is not about extending time. It is about preserving quality within time.

At AYURAH, we work with the body’s innate intelligence, supporting self-regulation, resilience, and rhythm.

Our on-site team is guided by a Wellness Director with medical training, supported by expertise through our strategic VitalLife partnership.

AYURAH’s approach is grounded in modern epigenetic science — recognising that how we rest, move, eat, and recover shapes how the body adapts over time.

By working with the body’s natural rhytms, AYURAH supports healthspan by creating balance that can be sustained well beyond the retreat.

Our Principles

Integrated Whole

Sustainable health requires coherence across digestion, metabolism, nervous system regulation, movement, and rest.

Self-Regulation

When supported appropriately, the body has a remarkable capacity to restore balance.

Understanding creates independence

We prioritise education and awareness so balance can be maintained beyond the retreat.

The Method

One Path, Five Elements

The AYURAH Method is guided by Five Elements. They are organising principles that structure daily life in a way the body understands. Together, they create a rhythm that supports physiological balance, mental clarity, and sustainable vitality.

REST

From Daily Signals to Lasting Balance

Nutrition at AYURAH is a physiological foundation, not a dietary ideology.

Inspired by F.X. Mayr principles and expressed through refined Thai cuisine, our meals are designed to support digestion and metabolic efficiency, reduce inflammatory load, and nourish without excess.

Equally important is how we eat. Meals follow a natural digestive rhythm, allowing space for assimilation, rest, and renewal.

A Rhythm, Not a Schedule

Healing does not arise from constant activity or crowded agendas. It emerges in the spaces in between. Each AYURAH Wellness Retreat follows a Daily Structure — a consistent rhythm that supports nervous system regulation while allowing individualisation.

08:30
Morning Activation— Element: MOVE
The day begins with movement. Whether yoga, stretching, or active flow, this session sets the vitality and rhythm for the day ahead.

The Targeted Session— Your Retreat Focus
"This is where your journey becomes unique." This session is selected specifically to support your chosen path — whether that is a lymphatic drainage for Detox, a personal training session for Move, or sound healing for Rest.

Therapeutic Bodywork— Element: REST / DETOX
The afternoon is dedicated to deep regeneration. Every guest receives a daily therapeutic treatment or massage to support physiological balance and integration.

Dr. Yaazh1 and Agustin tailored my training and yoga sessions to fit my goals. I have learned so much from them and how to listen to my body and keep it balanced.

I really liked the teachers, and the staff are extraordinary, nice, service-oriented, and professional. And the food is awesome. The place feels like home, cozy, personal. I came to this retreat because of my recent divorce, I needed a break to grow personally. This retreat was a balance between relaxation, sport, diet, and yoga/meditation, complete and balanced. During this retreat, I lost 3kgs and ended up super relaxed and clear-minded.

Our 4-day / 3-night stay was just not enough to take in all the amazing food, wellness consultations, service, and kind hospitality extended by Noo and his phenomenal team. Sanya’s wellness classes of yoga, sound bowl meditation, and chakra reading were really on point, we haven’t had such spiritual healing and advice before from a previous yoga instructor. She helped us zen out completely! Jack’s Muay Thai lessons were very memorable we had so much fun with him sweating it out and learning some pro moves!
